As Vice President for Marketing and Communications for Tiber Creek Associates of Capitol Hill, Inc., Sharon Boesen provides strategic planning, as well as, event and issue-specific planning and coordination services to the firm's clients as part of Tiber Creek's comprehensive approach to advocacy.

She is uniquely qualified for her role having spent fifteen years as a marketing and public affairs professional in the National Capital area.

Through her work with several of the nation's most prestigious media corporations, including Capitol Broadcasting Company, The Hearst Corporation, Infinity Broadcasting, and Radio One, Sharon has developed and implemented marketing strategies for a wide range of high-profile organizations. Her clients have included LifeBridge Health (Sinai Hospital), the University of Maryland Medical System (North Arundel Hospital), the Maryland Science Center, Volkswagen of America, Inc., DaimlerChrysler, Anheuser-Busch, the Maryland Lottery, the Maryland Stadium Authority and the Baltimore Orioles.

Sharon also has extensive experience with not-for-profits in the areas of both marketing and fundraising. She has provided services to the American Heart Association, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Association, the American Red Cross, the March of Dimes, the Maryland Food Bank and the Johns Hopkins Children's Center.

Originally from Baltimore, Sharon earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Towson University, and her Master's Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Maryland. Sharon and her family live on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC where she is active in several community service organizations.
